Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St.

To celebrate David's life friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until the time of services at 7:30 p.m. at Behr Funeral Home.

David was born on May 23, 1957, in Dubuque, Iowa, son of Neil Emmett and Katherine Helen (Reisch) Kelley.

David moved out of the local area many years ago. He was a kind hearted man who liked helping others. David enjoyed reading in his spare time. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. The grandchildren will always remember him as "Papa".

David is survived by 2 daughters: Laura (Alvaro) Thomas-Velazquez, Colorado Springs, CO
Veronica (Dan) Hummel, Madison, WI
4 grandchildren: Alex, Jenna, Madison, and Ben
his mother: Katherine H. Kelley, Dubuque, IA
his siblings: Patty (David) Pregler, Zwingle, IA

David was preceded in death by his father Neil E. Kelley, his grandparents, a nephew Brian Kelley
