Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 28 at Mueller Memorial Chapel, Linwood Cemetery.

Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Behr Funeral Home and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Mueller Memorial Chapel.

Blaine was born on February 21, 1989, son of William Wright and Carolyn Toth

Blaine had the love of his family and friends and will be greatly missed forever. He was an avid lover of the outdoors as a young child and growing into a young man. Blaine had a true love of animals and pets throughout his life, especially his dogs Roxy and Ace. He was a boy through and through. In the early years of his life Blaine loved his monster trucks and ATVs. He enjoyed the outdoors, ice fishing, ice skating, and his card collections. He grew to become an avid hunter. Blaine enjoyed snowboarding and then came his love of cars. The last love of his life was enjoying the freedom of riding his Harley. Blaine truly enjoyed being around his family and friends, and the memories of the great times they spent together. He was an awesome brother to his siblings and loved by his niece. He will be greatly missed but remembered for the young man he was, a loving son, brother, grandson and sincere individual. Blaine is truly one of a kind and will never be forgotten.

a brother; William "Billy" Wright, Dubuque
a niece; Sophia McTaggart, Dubuque
maternal grandparents; Leslie (Marilyn Kapparos) Toth, and Mary Daman, Dubuque
paternal grandmother; Delores "Dee" Wright, Dubuque
several aunts, uncles and cousins

Blaine is preceded in death by his grandfather, William R. Wright and his great grandmother, Kathryn Mueller.

In lieu of flowers a memorial for Blaine has been established in his name at Alliant Credit Union, 1402 White St.
