Additional Biographical Information
Letha married Harold Duggan on February 28, 1931 in Galena, Illinois, he died November 21, 1974.
She was formerly employed at the H.B. Glover Manufacturing Company, Nurre Glass Company, Dubuque Packing Company and Loras College. She was lastly employed at Dubuque Bank and Trust. In 1976 she moved to Hillsboro, Missouri. She returned to
Dubuque in August of 2004. Letha enjoyed crocheting, sewing, quilting and cooking great meals for her family and friends. The highlight of her life was having her family and grandkids visit. Letha also loved animals - and she was known to take in a stray animal on occasion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday at Behr's Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Letha's name to the Dubuque Humane Society, 175 N. Crescent Ridge, Dubuque, IA 52003.
