Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Sherry was born on January 24, 1948, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Raymond and Maggie (Drosopoulos) Koenig.

Sherry was a loving wife, dedicated mother, and a beloved grandmother. Her devotion to family and friends was always filled with a wealth of love, humor, and fun. Sherry grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, attending Sacred Heart School and graduating from Senior High School, Class of 1966. She met the love of her life, Ron "Pops" Breitbach, while ice skating at Comisky Park. They married on April 1, 1967, and celebrated 47 years of marriage before Pops was called to heaven in 2014. Sherry worked for American Trust Bank in assorted roles, finishing her career as CEO-Chief Elevator Operator. Sherry's true passion in life was being a "Grammy" and making memories with her grandchildren. She was most happy hosting sleepovers, visiting McDonalds and the movies, going for golf cart rides, and making cookies. One of our most treasured memories will always be planting and picking pumpkins in Papa's garden. Sherry also enjoyed spending time with the ladies of Graf, traveling, and visiting casinos across the country.
